Kubo Games collects and processes your personal data throughout your engagement with our Services, including technical data about your device or internet connection. - Player nicknames entered in-game.

- General location data (country or city level) derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.
- Kubo Games may also generate a Kubo Games and/or game-specific ID for you when you use our Services.
We may also process personal data collected or enriched with data from our partners, including:
- Data received when you sign in with a third-party account (such as your Google account through Google Play Games), limited to the basic profile information needed to authenticate you.
- Data used to combat fraudulent activities (e.g., refund abuse in games).
- Data obtained from the platforms on which our games are distributed (e.g., to verify purchases). We never receive your full payment card details.
- Data used for advertising and analytics purposes, enabling us to continually improve our games.

CHILDREN´S PRIVACY
Some of our games may appeal to a young audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or under the minimum age of digital consent in their country, which may be up to 16 in the European Union) without appropriate parental consent.
When we know, or a game’s age screen indicates, that a user is under that age:
- Only non-personalized (contextual) ads are shown, and our advertising partners’ SDKs are configured in child-directed mode.
- We do not use the child’s data for personalized advertising, profiling, or behavioral tracking.
- Chat and social features, where they exist, may be limited or disabled.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@kubogames.com and we will delete it promptly.
DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Game progress and account data are kept while you continue to use the game and are deleted or anonymized after a period of inactivity or when you ask us to delete them. Support messages are kept for up to 2 years. Analytics and crash data are kept according to our partners’ retention settings, generally no longer than 14 months. We may keep some data longer where required by law.
You can ask us to delete the personal data associated with your use of our games at any time by emailing support@kubogames.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Please include the name of the game and, if available, your in-game username or player ID. We will process your request within 30 days. Uninstalling a game removes the data stored locally on your device.
YOUR RIGHTS
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
If you are a California resident or live in another US state with a privacy law, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for targeted advertising.
